This week's Burger of the Week is the Birria Burger! Cleverly crafted by Heidi and Justin, this beef patty is topped with Birria beef (braised beef with cinnamon, clove, and guajillo), Fritanga (cheddar cheese crisp, like a tostada with melted cheese), pickled jalapeño slaw, and finished with cilantro lime crema, all between a Big Ed's potato bun served with jus on the side for dipping or smothering!
