The Taste of Africa Burger

We’re honored to introduce this week’s Burger of the Week—the Taste of Africa Burger, crafted by @thefathersgroup Executive Director, Kenny! This mouthwatering creation features a beef patty sprinkled with paprika, cumin, and cardamom. The burger is topped with iceberg lettuce, caramelized onions, tomato, sweet potato chips, and bacon. The burger is then finished with peri-peri aioli (a take on a spicy African sauce made with chiles, onions and garlic) and a drizzle of honey. Kenny recommends enjoying the burger “Kenny style”(with no bun).
