June 17th: We’re honored to introduce this week’s Burger of the Week—the Taste of Africa Burger, crafted by @thefathersgroup Executive Director, Kenny! This mouthwatering creation features a beef patty sprinkled with paprika, cumin, and cardamom. The burger is topped with iceberg lettuce, caramelized onions, tomato, sweet potato chips, and bacon. The burger is then finished with peri-peri aioli (a take on a spicy African sauce made with chiles, onions and garlic) and a drizzle of honey. Kenny recommends enjoying the burger “Kenny style”(with no bun).

June 10th: This week's Burger of the Week is dynamite, crafted by one of Mountain Burger's regular guests, Harriet! Get ready to explode with flavor with Harriet’s Bomb Burger, prepared with furikake-crusted seared ahi tuna, drizzled with wasabi aioli, and a blast of crispy shallot garlic oil, all nestled in a potato bun. This fish burger is paired perfectly with a side of a cucumber salad. Harriet recommends adding some of the cucumbers on the burger for extra crunch 😉 Come taste the bomb Harriet dropped and get ready for a flavor explosion!

May 27th: This week’s Burger of the Week is the Eat Drink Bend Burger, made by local food influencer @eatdrinkbend! This flavor sensation features our grass-fed beef patty with melted swiss cheese. The burger is topped with a sunny-side-up egg, a fiery kick of chili crisp, cornmeal crusted tomatoes, fresh arugula, and drizzled with a pesto aioli 😋 Come try this culinary masterpiece!

May 20th: This week’s burger of the week is the Mountain Mama Burger! In honor of the final week of skiing at @mtbachelor, Carol (a local daily skier known as “SkiMum” crafted this carnivore’s dream 😋 Featuring two grass-fed beef patties basted in butter, the burger is topped with crispy bacon and perfectly fried eggs 🍳 Plus, it comes with a side of delicious deviled eggs! Come by this week and try this hearty creation.

May 13th: Brace yourselves for this week’s Burger of the Week, the Cordell Burger! Crafted with passion and expertise by @joshcordell, a youth pastor at @westsidechurch and a local burger enthusiast (he eats a burger every Friday all across the state #burgerfriday), the grass-fed beef patty is topped with aged white cheddar, sun-dried tomatoes, crispy bacon, and a dollop of flavorful pesto 🤤 Every bite is a testament to Josh’s love for great taste and community. Join us and give it a try 🍔

May 6th: Introducing our Burger of the Week, crafted with love and creativity by none other than our local hero, Krista Brines, a passionate science teacher at Summit High School! 📚 The grass-fed beef patty is topped with blue cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato, & chips, finished with our signature Mountain sauce and a side of chips 😋

April 29th: This week’s burger creation is The Dave Burger, masterfully crafted by the human behind @buoyofbend, along with a little help from Buoy himself. Buoy and his owner, Gabe, have almost a secret language (don’t act like you don’t have one with your dog too!), where Buoy knows Gabe as Dave. This burger name embodies that quirky bond. 

 The burger is inspired by “Dave’s” favorite flavors right now, Chicken Bacon Ranch! Grilled chicken is topped with melted swiss cheese, crispy bacon, tomatoes, lettuce, and ranch. And for our furry friends, we have the Buoy Patty, a beef patty made special for.

 In celebration of National Adopt A Shelter Pet Day, we’re showcasing the special relationships we share with our pets, like “Dave” and Buoy. Come on down, enjoy a delicious burger, and honor the joy and companionship pets bring to our lives. Bring your best buddy along for the Buoy patty treat and share in the fun.
