Burger of the Week

October 16th: This week's Burger of the Week is the Sweet Heat Pimento Cheeseburger! Cleverly crafted by one of our team members, Ariana, this 100% grass-fed beef patty is topped with house-made pimento cheese, crispy bacon, and candied jalapeños. It’s served on a jalapeño-cheddar bun by @bigedsartisanbread!

October 9th: Cleverly crafted by our new General Manager, Colin, this 100% grass-fed beef patty is topped with melted Swiss cheese, mushrooms, and crispy onions. It’s then finished with Mountain Burger sauce and chipotle aioli 🤤 Be sure to say hey to Colin! 👋

October 2nd: Bone Appétit!  We’re changing up the Burger of the Week. This week's Burger of the Week is the Caprese Burger! Cleverly crafted by one of our regular guests, @buoyofbend (Instagram), this 100% grass-fed beef patty is topped with mozzarella cheese, tomato, and fresh basil. It’s then finished with pesto aioli and a balsamic drizzle  It’s a paw-some

September 25th: This week's Burger of the Week is the Dirty Fry Burger! Cleverly crafted by Zoe, this 100% grass-fed beef patty is topped with melted parmesan cheese, pork belly, and fried kale. It’s then finished with red pepper aioli!

September 18th: This week's Burger of the Week is the North 44 Burger! Cleverly crafted by Potter, this @north44farm lamb patty is topped with melted brie cheese, a caramelized onion jam, and arugula. It’s then finished with sage aioli and a balsamic reduction!

September 11th: This week's Burger of the Week is the Pacific Rim Burger! Cleverly crafted by Chef Justin, this 100% grass-fed beef patty is topped with seared pork belly and a pickled ginger slaw. It’s then finished with miso aioli!

September 4th: This week's Burger of the Week is the Big Dipper Burger! Cleverly crafted by Tim, this 100% grass-fed beef patty is topped with a cheese dip, chips, lettuce, tomato, and onion. It’s then finished with chipotle mayo and crispy onions!

August 28th: This week's Burger of the Week is the Chori Burger! Cleverly crafted by Justin, this 100% grass-fed beef patty is dusted with chorizo seasoning and topped with banana ketchup and green papaya salad!

August 21st: This week's Burger of the Week is the 5 Alarm Burger! Cleverly crafted by Wyatt, this 100% grass-fed beef patty is topped with house-made habanero-jalapeño-Thai chili American cheese, fresh jalapeños & habaneros, sweet pickled slaw, and tomato. It’s then finished with a sweet and spicy aioli! Wyatt recommends washing it down with a chocolate shake. Enjoy at your own risk!
