Burger of the Week
Every Monday, we launch a new chalkboard burger of the week! These burgers are creatively crafted by our guests, our staff and community members and delivered by our chef, offering interesting and delicious alternatives.
Feb 19th: Join us this week for the Peruvian Chicken Sando! Prepared by Mountain Burger team member Ryan, the marinated grilled chicken is topped with lettuce, tomato, and onion. It’s then finished on a vegan bun and drizzled with a Peruvian green sauce, which is prepared with jalapeños and sour cream!
Feb 12th: Spice up your Valentine’s Day week with our Burning Love Burger! Creatively constructed by General Manager Colin, the grass-fed beef patty is topped with braised pork belly, herbed goat cheese, and arugula. It’s then finished with a habanero strawberry jam and a balsamic drizzle! Let the flames of love flicker with every spicy sensation 🔥

Feb 5th: Taco walk on the 🔥 wild side with this week’s Burger of the Week, the Taco Burger 🌮🍔 ! Creatively constructed by Mountain Burger team member, Jacob, the grass-fed beef patty is topped with cotija cheese, avocado, pico de gallo, and a corn tortilla chip. It’s then finished with iceberg lettuce, pineapple habanero, and chipotle aioli!

Jan 29th: This week's Burger of the Week is Quinn's Storm Burger! Collaboratively crafted by Summit High School students, Lillan and Max, grilled chicken is topped with melted swiss cheese, caramelized onions, and avocado. It's then finished with lettuce, tomato, and chipotle aioli!
Jan 22nd: This week’s Burger of the Week is the Thunder Burger! Collaboratively crafted by Summit High School Students, Lia and Paxon, the grass-fed beef patty is topped with melted pepper jack cheese, maple glazed bacon, caramelized onions, and avocado. It’s then finished with lettuce, tomato, and chipotle aioli!
Quinnalicious Chicken Bacon Burger
Jan 15th: This week's Burger of the Week is the Quinnalicious Chicken Bacon Burger! Collaboratively crafted by Summit High School students, Kian and Lexie, this grilled chicken is topped with melted swiss cheese, bacon, tomato, lettuce, and avocado. It's then finished with chipotle aoili!
Jan 8th: Join us for an EGG-cellent Burger of the Week, collaboratively crafted by Summit High School Students, Braden and Dakota. The BACLOT Burger is a 100% grass-fed beef patty with bacon, avocado, tomato, onion, lettuce, and a fried egg.
Jan 1: Join us for 2024’s first Burger of the Week, Quinn’s BLTA! Collaboratively crafted by Summit High School Students, Ella and Ava, the grilled chicken is topped with bacon, lettuce, tomato, and avocado. It's finished with pesto aioli and served on Texas Toast!
December 26th: This week's Burger of the Week is the Blazin' Blue Burger! Creatively crafted by our manager, Emily, the grass-fed beef patty is topped with crumbled blue cheese, sliced jalapeños, and pepper bacon. It's then finished with arugula and garlic aioli.
